    A: For beauty medical products, MOQ is 1 carton for each item, you can mix a order with different items, each item should reach MOQ;

    For medical products, MOQ is different, such as syringe and needle each size 300,000pcs, infusion set/blood transfusion set/ extension tube 

    each type 100,000pcs, IV cannula each size 20,000pcs. You can mix 2-4 items into a 20ft container or 40HQ, each item should reach MOQ.

2. Q: Can I put my own logo on package（OEM）?

    A: Yes, you can , just need reach each item OEM MOQ and pay for OEM print mold cost.

    A: For beauty medical products, normally within 1-2 workdays after receiving your payment.

        For medical products, depend on when you place the order and the order quantity, 

        normally within 1-2 months after receiving your deposit.

6. Q: Is it possible to customize the size and length for blunt cannula and Nano needle？

    A: Possible.

7. Q: Is it possible to customize the product as same as the sample we sent you?

    A:Possible, we have experienced engineers and reliable mold factory to develop the new items together.

8. Q: What is storage condition for your products?

    A: The products should be stored in an indoor storeroom with a relative humidity of no more than 80% good air circulation 

         while without corrosive gas. Keep away from sunshine and high temperature.

9. Q: What is the valid time of your products?

    A: For beauty medical products, filter cannula, nano needle and other needle , 5 years;

        For PDO, PCL thread , 1 year, the best use time is within 6 months.

        For medical products, infusion set/ blood transfusion set often 3 years; for syringe and needle, 5 years.

10.Q: Is the PDO/PCL thread safe?

     A: The thread is imported from Korea with MSDS, it is safe in the market.

11.Q: How long does the effect of PDO/PCL thread last?

     A:  The thread can be absorbed by human body for about 6-8 months, 

          the effect is sustainable for about 1-2 years based on different situation.

12.Q: Which courier or express agent do you use ?
